At OPTI-FLEX Consulting Inc., we are committed to meeting your needs. Our commitment is to handle complaints objectively, fairly, accessibly, and free of charge. If you wish to file a complaint regarding our services, you can contact us at info@OPTIFLEX.ca<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint in writing within five business days and will provide you with a response as soon as possible, no later than 60 days after receiving it. This period may be extended up to 90 days under exceptional circumstances or those beyond our control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you may request that your file be reviewed by the Autorit\u00e9 des march\u00e9s financiers. Upon your written request, we will forward your file to the Authority within a maximum of 15 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
